From the very beginning, we believed that the service we provide should be completely focused on the needs of our customers. Whether it be maximizing storage space, making a unique piece of furniture or simply fixing that door that never worked properly – our goals have always been focused around solving your problems.
Over the years we have seen the intense pleasure it brings people to be actively involved in their home improvements, even if they get contractors. Everyone wants to be unique and differentiate their space from their neighbor’s. We have always thought it important to involve the customer as much as possible in order to provide a ‘customer-fitted’ product rather than more of the same. Our customers have always played an active part in the design of their furniture and are welcomed in our workshop as the project progresses. Because of these principles we have built great friendships by building special furniture.
With the rise of social media it became evident to us that we can get our customers even more involved. With the use of facebook and this blog we want to bring you into our world. We hope to make our business better, more unique and more accessible, not only through our own ideas, but by listening to your comments.
Our whole idea is to post pictures of projects as they evolve as well as the final products. We hope to receive feedback from clients in order for us to evaluate our effectiveness. Furthermore we would like to hear from you – would you be our friend?
We are very excited about the future with our new venture. We hope to see you in it and if nothing else provide at least entertainment.
